1, multiple modules are not lit continuously or abnormal: check the signal direction. The cable and power cable of the first module are in good contact. If the module is not lit, it indicates no power input. Please check the power supply. Multimeter check), if there is a suit color (the color is confusing bright spot), it means that the module has no signal input, please check whether the input end of the first abnormal module cable is tightly contacted, and the test can be inserted and removed multiple times, such as the problem. The new cable can still be exchanged.

2, single module does not light: check whether the power supply of the module is good, mainly check whether the power socket on the module is loose. If the color of the whole module is confused or inconsistent (but there is signal input and correct picture), it means that the signal transmission row has poor contact, reinsert and unplug the row, or replace the tested row. If there is still the same problem with the replacement of good wiring, please check whether there is any problem with the PCB board interface.

3, detection method of single light failure: use multimeter to check whether LED is damaged. If the lamp is broken, press item 5 below to replace the lamp. Specific lamp measurement method: the multimeter to resistance X1, pointer type multimeter black pen connected to the LED positive pole, red pen connected to the negative pole (digital table black pen negative, red pen connected to positive), if the LED is bright, the measured light is good, if the light is not bright, the measured light is bad.

4, LED bad point maintenance (out of control point) : after single lamp detection and confirmation of LED damage, according to the actual needs, the following maintenance methods are selected.

Positive maintenance: with the corresponding models of screwdriver will be fixed mask from the front to get rid of the screw (note) keep good screw, remove the mask, in the light (follow the lamp method to change the lamp), after the changing light and colloid seals, recover the original mask, tighten the screws (please pay attention not to pressure on the screw lamp), the last is such as gel residue on the surface of LED please carefully clear gel.

5, change the lamp: remove the colloid around the damaged LED with a sharp tool (such as tweezers), and make the LED pin clearly exposed in the line of sight, the right hand with the tweezers to clamp the LED, the left hand with a soldering iron (the temperature is about 40 degrees, Excessive temperature will cause damage to the LED. Contact the solder and make a slight dwell (no more than 3 seconds, if it exceeds the time but does not meet the disassembly requirements, please try again after cooling). The solder is melted and the LED is removed with tweezers. Insert the LED lamp that meets the requirements into the hole of the PCB circuit board correctly. (The long leg of the LED lamp is positive, the short leg is negative, the square hole on the PCB is the LED positive pin jack, and the "round hole" is LED. Negative pin jack), melt a little solder wire, glue it on the soldering iron tip, adjust the LED direction with tweezers to make it smooth, solder the solder to the LED and PCB connection, use the same type of colloid (pH = 7) Seal the LEDs.
