LED display is a kind of flat panel display, which is composed of small LED module panels. Generally used to display text, image, video, video signal and other information.

The installation method of LED display is as follows:

1. Outer frame splicing, assembling the outer frame of LED display screen, that is, splicing the cut profiles. There are mainly square and round profiles in the market, but the assembly method is the same.

2. Fixed unit board. Place the unit board in the frame (pay attention to the front and back sides of the frame, and the grooved side is the front side). At this time, the installation position of the back strip must be quite accurate, otherwise it is necessary to reinstall from the beginning.

3. After the back bar is fixed, the frame can be moved away and the magnet can be installed. After the installation of the magnet, close the frame, let the magnet and the back bar absorb, and the fixation of the unit board is completed.

4. Connect the cable and the upper and lower power cables.

5. Fix the power supply and control card; pay attention to the positive and negative poles when wiring the power supply and unit board. Svv2 * 1.0 soft core wire, i.e. 1 square double stranded soft core wire, is recommended.

6. Control card and unit board cable arrangement connection.

During installation of LED display, the most important shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design drawings and other technical data requirements. When laying cables, basic civil engineering and steel structure frame construction, professional technical personnel will issue corresponding drawings, and pass the review of relevant departments. The specification and quantity of materials must be selected according to the requirements to ensure the safety and reliability of the display screen.
