Outdoor led display factory shares that at present, the connection between the steel column and the upper steel frame member system is usually in two forms:

1. One type is t-shaped, whose main frame is formed by the t-shaped fixed connection of steel columns and an upper transverse main beam. The advertising screen is connected to the t-shaped rigid frame structure through various pendants and diagonal supports.

2. The other is space truss type, in which the main frame is welded by an independent steel column and several parallel transverse main beams at the top. The main beams are connected by horizontal and oblique supports to form a space truss system.

Therefore, outdoor pillar led display will more or less have some safety risks after being used for a period of time, which requires us to check and maintain the main structure of advertising screen regularly, and do rust prevention and other processing for steel components, so as to ensure the quality and safety of pillar led display.
